Magic links expire after a short time. If the link in your email no longer works, head back to https://refund.co.nz/login and request a fresh one — it only takes a few seconds.
The email address you sign in with becomes your account identity. Keep your account name accurate — Refund uses it to sign the letters and submissions sent on your behalf. You can update your name from your account profile at any time.
