# Get Started with Refund — Fight Any NZ Fine for Free

Refund is a New Zealand service that fights parking tickets, transit-lane fines, tow fees, transport-card overcharges, and road-damage claims for you — on a no-win, no-fee basis. You upload your notice (or describe it), and Refund's agent reads the details, identifies the legal grounds, drafts the challenge, sends it with your approval, and follows up until the matter is resolved. If Refund saves you money, a 25% success fee applies. If it doesn't win, you owe nothing.
