# Your Refund Account: Sign In, Track Cases & Payments

> Everything you need to manage your Refund account — sign in without a password, track your cases, and understand how success-fee payments work.

Your Refund account is where everything comes together. Once signed in, you can view all the cases you've started, track their progress from submission through to resolution, add extra evidence at any point, and see the correspondence sent on your behalf. Payments are handled automatically through Stripe — you're only ever charged when a case wins. The pages in this section walk you through each part of your account in detail.
